Tremco Treadfast ES 3000 is a two part epoxy moisture vapour suppressant and surface damp proof membrane, it has been developed specifically for suppressing residual moisture on concrete and sand/cement sub floors. Treadfast ES3000 is supplied in two colours: Yellow - First coat Blue - Second coat the two colour coat system provides a visual control and together with the unique application method assists the operatives in obtaining the correct thickness per coat. The two part epoxy system comprises of: Part 1 Low viscosity, light buff in colour, packed in a large container to allow for mixing. Part 2 A hardener of low viscosity, blue or yellow in colour. The coverage rate is 4m2/kg depending on method of application and condition of substrate to give a dry film thickness of 200 microns per coat. Shelf life of Treadfast ES3000 is 6 months when stored as recommended. TREMCO products are manufactured to rigid standards of quality.
